Tulsa recognized for real estate value gains
9.7.2011Online real estate database Zillow named Tulsa the fourth metro area on list of 10 areas with the greatest real estate value gains over the last five years. The news is the latest of several recent announcements related to the Tulsa area’s value and healthy business climate.
The list estimated the Tulsa area had a gain of 9.4 percent.
The rankings are a combination of Zillow’s estimate of home values over the past five years and the Zillow Home Value Index.
In other news, a recent report in Business Facilities magazine places Tulsa in its number one spot under the category of “Best Cost of Living.”
