Information security industry growing in Tulsa
3.28.2011Tulsa’s Future II, the second five-year phase of the Chamber’s ongoing economic development plan, focuses on industries identified as those most concentrated in the Tulsa region with the greatest growth and job creation potential. Tulsa has also identified two emerging sectors, including information security and tourism. The University of Tulsa’s is leading the way in information security research, and its students are the best in the field – many of them working for government agencies and returning to Tulsa to start their own information security companies.
